Excellence in education for tomorrow’s healthcare professionals

In 2023, we launched Sanitas Campus FP, our vocational training centre for students pursuing healthcare qualifications. Our goal is to deliver first-class education, closely aligned with the realities of clinical practice and the latest technological and methodological advancements shaping the future of healthcare.

Sanitas Campus Madrid

Located in the heart of Madrid, Sanitas Campus FP is a cutting-edge training centre with advanced technology classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and an educational model that combines theory and practice. Students train in facilities that closely replicate real healthcare environments, allowing them to gain hands-on experience from day one.

Facilities and learning environment

Sanitas Campus FP began its academic activity in Madrid in the 2023–2024 school year, offering two initial programmes: Diploma in Healthcare support and Higher Education Diploma in Dental and oral care. In the 2024–2025 school year, we added three more programmes: Advanced Diploma in Medical imaging and nuclear medicine, and Diploma in Dependent people’s care, in addition to a course in Health and social care support for dependent people in institutional settings.

Growing academic offering

Sanitas Campus FP offers a blended learning model that combines in-person and online training, making it easier for students to access innovative content. Sanitas professionals deliver masterclasses and practical workshops, sharing their up-to-date expertise with students. Additionally, students carry out clinical placements at Sanitas hospitals, medical centres, dental clinics and care homes —helping them transition smoothly into the working environment with a solid foundation.

Educational model and practical training

Academic Year 2024–2025

In January 2025, the first graduating class of the Diploma in Healthcare support completed their studies, with 10 students earning their qualification. This milestone marks a key step in establishing Sanitas Campus FP as a leading institution in healthcare training.

Our philosophy is rooted in continuous learning and the constant updating of skills. In a sector where medical technology and methodologies are evolving rapidly, we guide students through their development by offering specialised training, access to innovation, and a learning environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.

Sanitas–Universidad Europea University Campus

Sanitas’ leadership in healthcare, combined with Universidad Europea’s excellence in education, offers students real-world learning experiences and professional sector insight. In addition, Sanitas will make its hospitals, clinics and care homes in other countries available to students, in order to enrich their university education through experiential learning.

Together with faculty from Universidad Europea, Sanitas professionals will participate in both teaching and research. The campus will also work closely with the Sanitas Hospitales Research Foundation, which plays a key role in driving medical innovation and research. The foundation promotes clinical research, training and education—especially in the fields of prevention and treatment development.

Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, the two institutions will launch new undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Occupational Therapy, as well as a postgraduate degree in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy for Pain Management.

Sanitas FP Campus – Barcelona

In 2024, Sanitas began preparations to open a new vocational training campus in Barcelona, scheduled to begin operations in the 2025–2026 academic year. Located on Carrer de Tànger, this new centre will expand access to healthcare education in Catalonia. Initial programmes will include Diploma in Healthcare Support, Higher Education Diploma in Dental and Oral Care, and Advanced Diploma in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine.
